At Fellowship UMC Murfreesboro, we encourage people to ‘do life’ together with a small group of people, not just go to church on Sunday. Small Groups are a place where people truly care for and support each other. God cares about us. He established the church to be a place of belonging.
Our Small Group ministry is based on the following scripture from Acts 2:46-47: “Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”

A Small Group is a group of 10-15 people that meet at least twice a month to help, encourage, support, and challenge each other to live a transformed life in Jesus Christ.
Challenge groups meet at least twice a month. The length of each meeting varies dependant on the material you are covering.
To build relationships, celebrate significant occasions with one another, share fun and laughter, and last but not least, you will be able to encourage, support, and challenge each other to live a transformed life in Christ. Jesus told us that, “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:20 NIV
You can join a Small Group at any time, groups are open.
