Volunteers Needed: Evacuee Dinner

unique opportunity to serve those affected by the recent hurricanes. This past Sunday, during the second service, we had a couple worshiping with us who were evacuees. After speaking with them, we learned that a large portion of those staying at the Ramada Inn here in Murfreesboro had fled the storms to the south. In an effort to serve these people in a hands on way, and to show the love of Christ through our Southern hospitality, we would like to invite you to help prepare a meal for evacuees at the Ramada Inn tomorrow, Sept. 13th, at 6pm.

We need volunteers that could cook a dish at home and then bring their covered dish to the dinner. There are two options for drop off. Either bring your food to the church, no later than 5:00pm tomorrow, or bring your food directly to the Ramada Inn, 1855 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN, at 5:15pm. The meal will be served at the Ramada Inn. Plates, cups, and utensils will be provided by the hotel.
